When Kygo premiered “Stargazing,” this EP’s title track, at Norway’s Jugendfest, its bright-eyed tropical house and subtle Justin Jesso vocal brought his native crowd to its feet. Ellie Goulding and Sasha Sloan lend the producer stellar vocals elsewhere, with “First Time” a gleaming pop dream and “This Town” blending soft-focus memories of home with pristine chillhouse.
